Purpose and acceptance
Access to and use of the WEBSITE is governed by this Legal Notice, which we recommend you read carefully.
Accessing and using the WEBSITE means, on the one hand, that you acquire the status of User and, on the other, that you accept this Legal Notice. This is without prejudice to any specific terms that may apply to other services offered on the WEBSITE.
If you do not agree with any of the conditions contained in this notice, you must stop using the WEBSITE immediately.
The WEBSITE is purely informational and promotional: no products or services are sold online, and no bookings or payments are made through it. Published prices and opening hours are indicative and subject to change; services are contracted in person at the premises.
Access to the premises
The Cube Urban is an adult leisure establishment. Access is restricted to persons aged 18 or over and, as a men's sauna, to men. Access to the WEBSITE by minors is not permitted. The company reserves the right of admission as legally provided, and may request a valid official identity document to verify that you are of legal age.
Use of the WEBSITE
The User is solely responsible for their access to, browsing of and use of the WEBSITE, and undertakes to use it in accordance with the law, good faith and this Legal Notice, refraining from any use that may harm the image, interests or rights of THE CUBE URBAN or third parties.
THE CUBE URBAN asks Users to report, as soon as possible, any fact or circumstance they become aware of that could infringe third-party rights, or any other anomaly detected on the WEBSITE, by email to info@thecubeurban.com.
Intellectual and industrial property rights
THE CUBE URBAN is the exclusive holder of the intellectual property exploitation rights (reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation) over all elements contained in the WEBSITE that are subject to such protection. This includes, by way of example and without limitation, all texts, graphics, drawings, designs, code, software, photographic works, mere photographs, music, videos, sounds, databases and images contained in any of the pages and subpages of the WEBSITE.
THE CUBE URBAN likewise owns the industrial property rights over the distinctive signs, designs and inventions contained in the WEBSITE that are subject to such protection.
THE CUBE URBAN does not under any circumstances authorise third parties to download or use the protected assets for commercial purposes, or for any purpose that is not strictly private and non-profit, unless express written authorisation, assignment or licence has been granted by THE CUBE URBAN for each specific case.
Under no circumstances shall the User's access to and browsing of the WEBSITE be understood as a waiver, transfer, licence or assignment, in whole or in part, of those rights.
Third-party trade marks, logos and trade names that may appear on the WEBSITE (for example, Google, Instagram or Facebook) belong to their respective owners and are shown for identification purposes only.
Disclaimer
THE CUBE URBAN cannot guarantee the reliability or correct operation of the WEBSITE, nor the complete absence of viruses or harmful components. However, THE CUBE URBAN declares that it has adopted all necessary measures, within its means and the state of technology, to ensure the correct and proper operation of the WEBSITE, and undertakes, as far as possible, to exercise normal diligence in correcting any errors that may occur.
Third-party links
Users may find on the WEBSITE links to other websites managed by third parties, for example social networks or map services.
THE CUBE URBAN provides these links to offer a more complete browsing experience, but cannot be held responsible for the content of the websites to which they lead, as they are not managed by THE CUBE URBAN.
Amendments
THE CUBE URBAN reserves the right to modify and/or adapt the WEBSITE or this Legal Notice at any time and without prior notice, for any reason it deems appropriate. Users are therefore advised to read these conditions each time they intend to use the WEBSITE, as they may have been amended.
Severability
Should any provision or provisions of these general conditions be found null or unenforceable, in whole or in part, by any court, tribunal or competent administrative body, such nullity or unenforceability shall not affect the other provisions of the general conditions, insofar as the remaining conditions may subsist.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
The relationship established between THE CUBE URBAN and the User under these conditions shall be governed by Spanish law.
Where the User is a consumer, the competent jurisdiction shall be determined in accordance with the applicable consumer protection legislation, and nothing in these conditions shall limit the rights granted to the User under that legislation.

THE CUBE URBAN has official complaint forms issued by the Regional Government of Andalusia available to customers at the premises. You may also send any complaint to info@thecubeurban.com.

THE CUBE URBAN respects your privacy and processes your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Spanish Organic Act 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).

The data requested in our forms is the minimum required to handle your request. If you do not provide it, we will not be able to process it. Please do not include special categories of data (health, sexual orientation, beliefs, etc.) in the forms or the chat, as they are not needed to assist you.
Note on registration at the premises. Customer registration and document checks carried out in person at the sauna constitute processing separate from the WEBSITE. You are informed of the applicable terms at the premises at the time of registration. That data is used exclusively for access control, internal management and compliance with legal obligations, and is never disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes.

We do not disclose your personal data to third parties, except where legally required. We do use service providers acting as data processors, with whom we have the contract required by Article 28 GDPR:

International transfers
As indicated in the table above, some providers are located outside the European Economic Area or may access data from there. In those cases the transfer is based on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and/or on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision of 10 July 2023, which guarantee a level of protection equivalent to European standards. Your rights
You may exercise the following rights at any time, free of charge:
- Access: to know what data of yours we process.
- Rectification: to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure: to request deletion of your data when it is no longer necessary.
- Objection: to object to specific processing on grounds relating to your particular situation.
- Restriction of processing: to ask us to keep the data but not use it, in the cases provided by law.
- Portability: to receive your data in a structured, commonly used format, or have us send it to another controller.
- Withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
To exercise them, write to info@thecubeurban.com or to Calle Laraña, 6-3ºB, 41003 Seville, stating the right you wish to exercise and enclosing a copy of a document proving your identity. We will reply within a maximum of one month.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly or that we are processing your data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (C/ Jorge Juan, 6, 28001 Madrid — www.aepd.es).
Source of the data and automated decisions
All the data we process comes directly from you. We do not obtain data from third parties or publicly accessible sources, and we do not take automated decisions or carry out profiling with legal effects on you.
Security and accuracy of the data
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against destruction, loss, alteration or unauthorised access, including encryption of communications through a TLS certificate. By providing us with your data you warrant that it is accurate and that, where you provide third-party data, you have their authorisation.
Minors
Our services and this WEBSITE are aimed exclusively at persons aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we detect that we have received data from a minor, we will delete it immediately.
